That’s exactly why I founded On Demand HR Solutions.
I’ve spent over three decades doing everything from hands-on HR work to executive level leadership - supporting employee relations, compliance, hiring, and day-to-day people decisions inside real organizations. Not just advising from the outside, but doing the work where decisions have real consequences for the business and the people in it.
Small, growing trades and service businesses don’t need corporate HR theory or overbuilt policies that don’t fit how the work actually gets done.
