1. How much time does this require from me?

I know you’re busy. We start with a 90-minute leadership session, followed by brief interviews with key staff. I do the heavy lifting; you provide the vision.

2. We already have an Office Manager/Finance person doing HR. Why do we need this?

They are likely doing a great job at the tactical work, but they aren't HR Architects. This Blueprint gives them the professional framework they need to be successful so you can stop worrying about "what if we're missing something."

3. Is there an obligation to hire you long-term afterward?
  • None. The Blueprint is a standalone asset. Whether you use it as a DIY manual or as the foundation for a Fractional HR engagement with me is entirely up to you.

The Blueprint is a flat-fee strategic engagement starting at $6,500. This reflects over 30 years of high-level HR leadership experience - from navigating the complexities of global medical device corporations to scaling startups from the ground up. You aren't paying for "templates"; you are investing in an executive-level architectural plan designed to protect your business, and prepare you for your next 100 employees.

Depending on the size and complexity of your organization, the investment typically ranges between $6,500 and $12,000. This covers the full 6-week "Assess, Design, and Map" process. Think of it as hiring a Chief People Officer for a fraction of the annual salary to build the foundation you’ll use for years.

5. I know we need HR structure, but I have no idea where to start. Will this engagement help?

That is exactly why the Blueprint exists. Most founders feel the "friction" of growth - hiring is messy, communication is breaking down, or leadership feels reactive—but they can’t see the root cause.
