Once enrolled, you simply log into the portal to access the lessons. Each lesson contains an action step to complete before moving on to the next lesson. Lessson are delived in written & audio formats.

Each lesson is short and to the point. The time you spend will be in implementing each step. As with anything else, the more time you put it, not more you will get out! That said, with dedicated time, you can most likely complete the entire course in under four hours.
